These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of and the related portfolio, contact, and project pages (the "Service") operated by Portfolio ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use Of The Service
You may use the Service for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Contact Form And Submissions
If you submit information through the contact form, you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
If you submit a Minesweeper score or player name, you grant us permission to display that name and related score information on the leaderboard. We may remove or refuse submissions that appear abusive, misleading, unlawful, automated, or otherwise inappropriate.
If you have authorized ShareX or admin upload access, you are responsible for the files you upload and share. Shared file URLs are public but unlisted, so anyone with the URL may access the file until it is removed or marked for deletion.
Accounts And Security
The Service does not offer public account registration. Admin accounts, if any, are limited to authorized users. If you have authorized access, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Portfolio Content
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, code samples, images, and other content on the Service are owned by us or used with permission. You may link to public pages and share short excerpts with attribution, but you may not copy, redistribute, or reuse substantial portions of the Service without permission.
Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services, and you access them at your own risk.
No Professional Advice
The Service is a personal portfolio and project site. Content on the Service is provided for general informational and demonstration purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in New Brunswick will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
