Single bobbin
One bobbin at 45° for supported printing. Units: millimetres.
A thread-holding lace bobbin with a rounded-square grip, flat faces for moving pairs together, and a round winding shaft.
The grip has four flat faces joined by rounded corners. Two bobbins can meet face to face when moved together, while the round collars remain clear of one another. A tapered neck connects the grip to the circular winding shaft, with rounded collars and a terminal hitch for the thread.
The flat butt provides a small pin-pushing surface. After removing supports, smooth any seam or contact marks that could catch fine thread, keeping the grip faces flat.

The Single bobbin download contains one bobbin at its 45° printing orientation. Import it in millimetres and generate supports before printing.
The Four-bobbin ASA print plate opens as a complete Bambu Studio project with four bobbins, material settings and shared tree-support settings. Keep the four parts grouped and print by layer so the support arrangement is preserved. Re-slice the plate after opening it, and map the filament to the ASA spool loaded in the printer.
